If you know us at all, you know that we LOVE all things Disney! Our kids are also huge Disney fans. So when thinking of making a cute Christmas shirt with our Cricut, you know we’d have to include the mouse himself. Thankfully with Cricut, our brainstorm quickly became a reality with a few modifications is Design Space. And we adore the final product!
Rest assured, we’ll be on the nice list with this darling shirt! Feel free to use our design found here.
We started of with a plain white tee, Cricut Iron-on Foil Bejeweled Sampler and Cricut Iron-on Foil in Chrome. l had the Cricut Iron-on Protective Sheet to help make application a breeze.
Our Explore Air 2 machine cuts like a dream! And with fast cut mode, our designs are ready in a pinch!
Placing our pieces down in layers, starting with our tree which you can get in the Circut Design Space.
The iron on protective mat helps distribute the heat evenly and helps protect the foil iron on.
Once the tree was added, we applied our Mickey ornaments and our star which you can get the Cricut Design Space.
After ironing using the protective mat, we were able to secure our Mickey Christmas tree decorations.
The final touch of our shirt design is the saying “We wish you a Mickey Christmas!” framing our tree. (Belwe Std font)
Look how sweet it turned out!! Perfect for the Disney lovers in your life or even a holiday trip to Disney!
