Quinn’s Toy Story Birthday Party

My littlest turned five this past weekend. Yep, my fifth child officially turned five at 5:55pm on Saturday. Moms always say they can’t believe how fast time goes when it comes to their children aging. That’s because it’s absolutely true!! Time flies and before you know it, your baby isn’t a baby anymore! Enough of me crying about it…. Let’s get on with the party!

Arrow of Light Refreshment Table

I had to do a little set up for our Arrow of Light pack meeting tonight. If you aren’t familiar, the Arrow of Light award is the highest award you can earn in cub scouts. Basically it’s the big shebang for the boys. End of the road, as far as Cub Scouts go. Me and a couple of ladies were in charge of refreshments and decorating the table.

Our St. Patty’s Party

As long as I have known Lara, she has always made a fun St. Patrick’s Day themed dinner for her family each year. I usually just put up decorations to celebrate and maybe buy a bag of See’s candies gold coins. This year we decided to team up: her food and my decorations.

Here is our table all put together! All ready for our kids to enjoy.

I had a friend of mine find out she was going to have a boy after having two girls! With her husband being an air traffic controller and their nursery being decorated in vintage airplanes, I thought an airplane-themed baby shower was fitting!!
