I have a friend named Mindi who is super creative and extremely talented when it comes to anything pretty or crafty! She just recently posted some pictures of the birthday party she did for her daughter on Facebook. I asked if I could showcase her party on the good ole’ blog.
…..She said yes!
She did a spa theme which is perfect because she works in the beauty industry.

I love her table set-up. The mason jar cups and straws are too cute! You can get a Set of 4 Mason Jar Mugs with Handle
and some Pink Striped Paper Straws
over at Amazon.

I’m obsessed with this loofah centerpiece. How cute it that? Those loofahs she got from the dollar store. Or if your local dollar store doesn’t have them the best price I found was an All Pink 3-Pack of Loofahs
from Amazon.
She simply stuck the loofah on top of a dowel, tied it with the ribbon already attached to the loofah and then placed it in this cute container from Hobby Lobby. She anchored them with some green foam from the floral section. Then covered the foam with Crinkle Paper Shred

Great entry to welcome guests! Its funny because Mindi has helped me with an event before and I have borrowed those ruffled table cloths. Her and her mom sewed those for her sisters wedding a few years back. They are still being put to good use. Why not? They are gorgeous!

She had a sign in sheet and then each guest got to guess how much Salt Water Taffy
was in the bag,

Each girl got a set of slippers!

Such nice robes for these lovely ladies!

Here, she had the girls soak their nails in water. Those bowls are clear plastic bowls from the dollar store that she painted on the outside with craft paint to match her color scheme. Warning: don’t paint the inside it will just come off.

She has all the right tools for some awesome manicures! You can grab a Twin Pack of Mini Nail Dyers
for a pretty affordable price.

I loved how she just covered the framed picture in her house to match her party!

They made homemade lip balm. She started with Vaseline and then just added enough Crystal Light to achieve the color they wanted.
Each girl got to take it home in their very own Lip Balm Containers

After their nails were done and dry, they play a game of Spa Bingo. She got the printable here on Etsy.

Her daughter wanted vanilla cupcakes with pink Reddi Whip frosting.

Gorgeous table display! Those little white cakes are called Fancy Cakes
. Ha! Perfect. She dipped the strawberries in Wilton Pink Candy Melts, 12-Ounce
. And of course, there is some yummy pineapple to match!

I love these nail polish treats! Her older daughter made them. She sprayed marshmallows with water from a spray bottle. Then, she rolled the marshmallows in pink sprinkles. She stuck a toothpick through the top and then stuck Tootsie Fruit Rolls
on the toothpick. Here’s the original tutorial she found on Pinterest. Add some Pink Rock Candy Crystal Sticks
to finish off this display.

Her photo booth props are the best!
She made them with her Silhouette. The template she used is called spa girl. She said that she made everything the right size except for the towel- she recommended to make them a little larger. She said she wanted cuter lips so she used the template called photo booth prop accessories. If you don’t have a Silhouette, like me, you can order them from Etsy (US) for $25.
She did such a great job that we had to share it with you all!!
I’ll do a little throw back to when I threw my daughter a spa party. It wasn’t as cute but she loved it!

I had made robes for all the girls with her name painted on the back. It’s just a pink t-shirt that I cut up the front then I cut off the bottom hem and used that to tie around their waist. I used Reynolds Freezer Paper
to make the stencil on the back. Yeah, it was time consuming. Man, I really need to get me a Cricut! ha
Having a Spa Day party is great for girls who love to get pampered and girly.
