It may still be hovering around 100 degrees but we’re feeling ALL the fall vibes right now! Even if the weather isn’t ready to cooperate, we put together a Halloween-themed paint night for our ladies to kick off spooky season! Once again, we had the pleasure of working with Social Artworking. They take the work OUT of Artworking by making a paint party painless to put together.

Bedroom Refresh Ideas

I’ve been feeling an itch lately to update my bedroom. Not a full overhaul but adding a few new pieces to freshen it up. For the most part, I really like my bedroom but keeping it exactly the same for a few years can lead to it being a bit… well, boring. So I’ve compiled a list of a few items that will hopefully give my bedroom some new life and will keep me loving my bedroom for the next few years.

Number 1: A new rug. Here’s a fun new way to add a pop of (temporary) color. Maybe you’re like me and want to try a trendy new color or a bold pattern but don’t want to commit to painting or a really expensive piece of furniture. Here is a couple that I’m looking at:

We are Disney fans over here….totally not obvious, right?! I had made a Disney themed gallery wall in my home but I had this vision of some kind of cute mickey ears wall hanging to make it complete. I don’t have tools or skills to make it out of wood so that was out. But the light bulb went off when Meghan and I went to Snap Conference and we saw the Floracraft booth and saw all their amazing things. That’s when I decided my mickey ears would be made of Styrofoam!!
