St Patrick’s Day typically isn’t a holiday that we go all out on at my house. I usually just buy some chocolate gold coins and call it a day. This year, however, I wanted to change it up but still, keep it simple and easy. My kids loved what I came up with and I loved that it didn’t stress me out to put it together!!

St. Patty’s Day Breakfast Smoothie

Whenever I’m making a smoothie and I pull out the spinach, my kids freak out on me! For some weird reason my kids aren’t into green smoothies-you know, the healthy ones? And when you look up green smoothie on Pinterest that’s pretty much what you get. I decided to come up with a quick breakfast for my kids that is also festive this St. Patrick’s Day. See? I’m trying!
