I’m a total math nerd! I love math! In fact, when I was in high school I decided to attend an advanced geometry class after school-FOR FUN! Yeah… So I like to celebrate Pi day, naturally. Oh, you aren’t familiar with Pi day? Well, it’s March 14 because Pi starts out 3.14. I use it for an excuse to eat yummy pie and try to get my kids to memorize the number Pi.
The way we celebrate usually goes down like this:
- Breakfast: Quiche (basically egg pie)
- Lunch: Shepard’s Pie and those little pies you get at the grocery store.
- Dinner: A Pizza PIE and some yummy regular ole dessert pie.
I decided to look up new recipes to try and decided to make this list for those of you interested in celebrating! Beware! These all look amazing and you’ll want to try them all!
