After losing my first diaper bag to a tragic ant situation, I needed a new one and I wanted one with a Disney twist, of course. I found this super cute backpack style diaper bag on Amazon . Using a seam ripper, I took off the logo patch on the front and measured the space where I wanted the decal.
In the Cricut Design Space, I created some mickey ears and then added the name. You can grab the mickey ears template, here!
I grabbed some Cricut Iron-on vinyl in black glitter.
Cut your vinyl the size you need for less waste.
Place it shiny side down on your Cricut mat. I did the opposite and accidentally cut the wrong side. Don’t worry you’ll get to see that mistake later. If you make the same mistake, don’t worry, it shouldn’t ruin your vinyl. Just flip over and re-cut. Also, make sure to set your Cricut to iron-on.
Here’s my cute and personalized decal for my bag. Notice my first mistake, too. It’s cool, it’s how we learn, right? Ha

To add your iron-on it’s suggested to warm up the fabric before placing your vinyl.
I usually use a pillowcase or a piece of fabric when ironing it on. Press firmly with the iron each section for about 15-20 seconds.
Gotta add a little Disney to everything right?
