It all started with the cutest set of paper plates I found at Michael’s. I couldn’t help but want to plan a party around them. And Mother’s Day is a perfect reason to celebrate!
Being the mom, I rarely plan anything for Mother’s Day. I usually get breakfast in bed with armfuls of handmade cards and crafts. I love our family tradition! But in case you want to do a little extra, I’m sharing my Mother’s Day table with you!
The centerpiece of my table is a collection of blue canning jars in different sizes filled with pink and blue flowers from our local wholesale market. I have no talent for arranging flowers but I think it turned out really pretty!
The colors even go with my blue dining chairs!!
Aside from the white plates I used as chargers and blue jars as the cups, the rest of the place setting is disposable! Perfect for easy cleanup!
This gold flatware set is my new favorite go to! I just love the bling it adds and it matches that gold rim on the plate! (If you can’t find these cute plates in stores, here is a similar version.)
The set up (and clean up) of this is so simple! So go ahead, moms!! Send this on to you husband and kids, tell them to add some fresh fruit (and chocolate) and get ready to be spoiled!
