I like to collect Disney pins while visiting the parks. I’m not an avid collector but I do like to find pins that represent someone or something special that we might be celebrating during that particular visit. My kids also like taking pins they no longer enjoy and trading with cast members for a new pin. Through the years, we’ve collected quite a bunch and after storing them in a box, I ran across the idea to use Disney VHS clamshell storage for pins a few different times online and thought I put together a post for others who might be looking for a fun storage solution!

Not only does this pin storage solution keep your pins organized and accessible, it also utilizes another Disney collection you might have laying around your house! Disney VHS tapes!! I, unfortunately, tossed my tapes long ago but found these at my local thrift store for 50 cents each!

This all started with those wispy spider webs in the bag. I decked out my porch and it looked cool for minute. The problem was that is kept falling off and it drove me crazy; but I wanted webs and spiders everywhere! I saw a small popsicle stick craft making a spider web and thought I should make it on a larger scale. So I bring you my oversized spider webs DIY!

It’s that time again!! Time for another Girls Night In paint party with Social Artworking! This time we chose the Picking Apples design. Apple picking is definitely a sign of fall around these parts being that we live about an hour and half drive from a grouping of apple farms called Apple Hill. If you’re ever in the area during Autumn, you must pass through there and try all of the apple goodies! And a Picking Apples paint party was a perfect way to celebrate the season!

There was also another reason this particular painting called to me. My husband and I inherited my Grandad’s truck some years ago with dreams of eventually fixing it up. My parents also dated in this truck so it hold a lot memories of our family’s history. Here are a couple of photos of my kids throughout the years in the truck.

Halloweentime at Disneyland Resort is an amazing and festive time of year to visit!! The decorations are wonderfully spooky and the treats are not only adorable but delicious as well. This year, the Disneyland Resort moved it’s annual Halloween special ticketed event from Disneyland Park to Disney California Adventure and renamed it Oogie Boogie Bash. (We posted about Mickey’s Halloween Party a few years back.) My family and I were able to attend this year and I’m excited to share all of the fun we were able to experience at the Bash as well as Halloweentime at the Resort in general.

I have a confession to make: I am a craft supply hoarder. I love to buy supplies with the intentions of making the cutest things and most of the time, I don’t. Those crafty items sit in my craft room cupboards (if they’re lucky. If not, they’ll be stuffed in the craft store bag somewhere!) and wait until I remember I wanted to make them!
